For customers who want North & Form to keep looking after the technical side. From £19/month for ongoing care and support. Managed hosting is £99/year, billed separately from Care.
Without Care: Without Care, post-launch changes are charged at £45 per hour (1-hour minimum), confirmed in writing before we start. Anything that looks like a new feature, redesign or multi-page build is quoted fixed-price — not left open on the clock.
With Care: Care covers monitoring, routine updates, backups where appropriate, and small technical fixes to the original build, subject to reasonable use. It does not include content entry, redesigns, new pages or new functionality. Care is ongoing support rather than a bank of change hours. We confirm whether a request is included before starting it.
Projects below £1,000 are typically 50% to start and 50% on handover. Larger builds can use 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% before launch. Figures are in GBP and include VAT.
