For customers who want North & Form to keep looking after the technical side. From £25/month — management only. Projects include year-1 Vercel Pro hosting (£240); the site lives in your account and renews on your card from year two.
Without Care: Without Care, post-launch changes are charged at £25 per hour (1-hour minimum), confirmed in writing before we start — including updates you email in. Anything that looks like a new feature, redesign or multi-page build is quoted fixed-price — not left open on the clock.
With Care: Care covers monitoring, updates, backups and small technical fixes. New features or larger changes are still quoted fixed-price separately. Care is £25/month — roughly one hour of change work prepaid. If you need even occasional updates, Care usually costs less than paying ad hoc.
Typical payment: 50% deposit to start, balance on handover (stated on your quotation). Figures are in GBP. VAT is stated on your quotation if it applies.
