Case study
Global Sponsor Hub
A connected international hiring platform for candidates, employers, recruitment agencies and independent relocation specialists — spanning job discovery, hiring, destination guides, relocation support and a dedicated candidate app.

The challenge
International recruitment has more moving parts than a conventional job board. Candidates need to understand sponsorship and relocation support before applying; employers and agencies need structured ways to publish roles and assess readiness; mobility partners need to appear at the right point in the journey. Four audiences had to work inside one coherent product without losing clarity or trust.
The approach
We treated Global Sponsor Hub as a service ecosystem rather than a brochure website. Audience-specific routes, explicit application and mobility labels, reusable account workflows and practical candidate tools were designed as one product system. The responsive web platform and Expo candidate app share the same language and backend while adapting the experience to each device.

Candidate app
The opportunity search continues away from the desk

The result
A substantial recruitment technology product that brings discovery, hiring and mobility support into one connected journey. The platform makes the route behind each role clearer, gives candidates practical tools beyond the job search, and gives every audience a focused place to take its next step.
